The company, which is based in Surrey, England, manages relationships with all kinds of financial institutions, lawyers and auditors, and strives to preserve the family’s wealth.

TY Properties is our real estate development and management company. We have a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the UK, USA and Spain. We have also built new properties in the UK through our development arm, TY Developments, and completed the full refurbishment of The Kings Arms Hotel: a Grade II-listed boutique hotel in Hampton Court.
