In September 2017, TY Properties bought Kings Arms Hotel – a Grade II-listed pub with bedrooms – which is near Hampton Court Palace. We spent nearly two years refurbishing the hotel, which re-opened in July 2019 as a boutique hotel – offering 14 beautifully appointed rooms and a stunning bar and restaurant called The Six, which serves fabulous British dishes.
